Cai Yi Zhi got married to his bride, Zhou Xue Fen on 3rd October 2006. They held a wedding banquet with 40 tables. Many stars from the entertainment circle attended the wedding including Hacken Lee, Jacky Cheung, Christine Ng, Eason Chan and Hilary Tsui, Stephanie Che, Joyce Koi, Kenny B, Joe Ma, Alex Fong, Fennie Yuen and Cass Pang and Jan Lamb.
